Scooter "James" Tidwell, an Israeli, directed several episodes of the Cleopatra in Space TV series. Unlike the other directors of episodes, like Jayson Thiessen, Fitzy Fitzmaurice, Bob Suarez, and Doron Meir, he also storyboarded two episodes. He has been an animation storyboarder since 1997 and has been directing since 2005. He storyboarded a few shows extensively: The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes (21 episodes), Extreme Ghostbusters (19 episodes), Teen Titans (17 episodes), The Secret Saturdays (12 episodes), and Jackie Chan Adventures (10 episodes).[2] He was also a sequence director for Transformers: Robots in Disguise (16 episodes), the TV movie Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising, Transformers Prime (seven episodes), G.I. Joe: Renegades (four episodes), Ben 10 (30 episodes) and the TV movie Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix. Finally, he also was a sequence director for two episodes of Transformers: Robots in Disguise and animation director for two episodes of Dilbert. Additionally, an episode based on him appeared in Ben 10.

He currently lives in Calabasas, California and works at DreamWorks Animation.
